This is a spectacular sight to see because the bats fly out just before sunset every night from March-November. The most amazing part is that they don't all fly out in one large swoop, rather they fly out more or less on their own time, causing the process to last for a relatively long time. There are several ways/places you can go to watch this spectacular sight, including bat watching boat tours, kayaking tours, bike tours and multiple restaurants. This has become one of the most beautiful yet unusual sights to see in Texas so don't miss out!
If you are looking for some education to go along with a side of fun, then Austin Duck Adventures is right up your alley.
